Morgan joined S.B. Cox Inc. in 1993, and co-founded S.B. Cox Ready-Mix Inc. in 1996. Morgan is very active in the Ready Mix Concrete industry and has served as past President of the Virginia Ready Mix Concrete Association, Executive Board Member of the National Ready Mix Concrete Association, ACI of Virginia Board member, member of AGC and member of Richmond Home Builders Association.

   Morgan graduated from Benedictine High School in Richmond and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.

   Matt joined S.B.Cox Ready-Mix, Inc. as a Sales Manager in 2018. After graduating from the Virginia Military Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Matt spent five years at a civil engineering firm and later dedicated nine years working in commercial real estate construction, management, leasing and sales. 

   Thomas joined S.B.Cox Ready-Mix, Inc. in 2008 after graduating from Lynchburg College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Thomas is originally from Charlottesville but has been in Richmond for 11 years. Thomas has held various positions within the company and is skilled in many aspects of the ready-mix business. 

R. Gordon Holloway joined S.B. Cox Ready-Mix, Inc.as the General Manager of Farmers Service Co. in 2013. With 15 years of Jobber Experience in Fuel and Ready Mixed Concrete he values hard work, accountability and being true to one’s word. He believes respect for others and the job they do is also important. 

David began his career at S.B.Cox Ready-Mix, Inc. in 1998. With twenty years in the trade,  David has gained critical, hands-on experience in various positions through-out the company. Currently, David works meticulously with clients and drivers as the Dispatch Manager.

Chris is originally from Alpena, Michigan and graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with an emphasis in Economics. Upon moving to Richmond, he

worked for a Richmond restaurant group as a manager and operations director, operating & assisting locations in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

In 2019, Chris joined S.B.Cox Ready Mix as a Staff Accountant and Payroll Specialist and is currently working towards a Graduate Certificate in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
